Summer Fun

We are having a great summer so far. We are enjoying a lot of boating and go out often. Erik is doing really well with wake-boarding. He is learning fast as this is his first full summer doing it. I
am El Captain K, and like to be addressed as such (I am trying to be a good sport about not going this summer). Here is a video to enjoy! Try not to get jealous, Justin.

Gift From Neighbor Gene

We wanted everyone to see our cradle. Our neighbor, Gene, made this for us. Gene, is 84 and always takes care of us. We have become friends as we walk past his house almost daily. He sends us home with food and flowers from his garden several times a week. Between his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, he has made one for each child born (around 50). We are so honored that he would include us in his family tradition. It is BEAUTIFUL!

Our First Blog

Hello to all our family and friends! Erik and I decided it was time to get this underway. We want everyone to feel closer than they may actually be as our family grows by one!

We have had a few requests to see the belly. I am feeling well although very pregnant. I am now 32 weeks and happy to start counting down. Tomorrow is our last class for Hypnobirthing, and then it is up to us to practice, practice, practice. Our little guy is getting bigger and is starting to react to our touch. He likes to stick his bum out which makes me laugh. My stomach looks funny as one side is bigger than the other (sorry you probably will not see a picture of this as it usually happens in the bath). It is fun to watch my stomach move all around as he does his exercises. He is stronger and is excellent at kickboxing. We do not have a name yet, and probably will not until we see him.
